Super good for the money came a day early too everything works.

I am giving this a 4-star review for a few reasons I will go over in a second. The machine itself was very good for the price. I used this for 4 years and it did great and still does great. The issues I have had which is not a suction issue which many have claimed which is kind of silly because this machine does fine with suction despite drilled holes. I had issues with the latch which kept coming loose, there was a small leak on the bottom of the machine that when calling CleanFreak, they refused to cover, the handle had to replaced due to the **** holding the handle kept coming loose and the trigger just falling off. They did replace the part for me but would not provide a new hose with the handle, so I had to struggle installing the new part inside the hose.

I own a detailing business and bought this extractor due to its value and the performance I was advised Would be sufficient by CS. Capacity is important and this does hold 3 gallons, so that was nice. Suction is decent, seems to leave a good amount of water?solution behind.I don’t
Like they they put the solution line inside the vac hose. The drilled hole in the vac hose for the solution sprayer causes loss of suction. I will be buying a new unit to solve a problem that shouldn't exist.

I own a small detailing business and bought this extractor due to its value. Capacity is important and most of the units in this price range are only 1 gallon, this unit holds 3. Suction and spray are good but I hate that they decided to put the solution line inside the vac hose. They literally drill a hole in the vac hose to put the solution line through causing a loss of suction. I will end up buying a new hose eventually to solve a problem that shouldn't exist.

Definitely superior to a lot of other consumer extractors like bissell. This was my first professional, commercial level extractor and I’m very happy. The product is great and it’s at a very great price. Buying 2 more for my other 2 partners

This is maybe 3rd or 4th spotting machine I’ve purchased from Cleanfreak for my business. Great for spot cleaning and light cleaning carpets and upholstery! Very reliable machines and they require very little maintenance. Also expertly packed and a great price!

We have a bunch of cloth chairs that needed cleaning. I asked around and professional carpet cleaner recommended this machine for spot cleaning

The machine was good. Two points though:
1) Don't let solution motor run for say more than 1 minute. The pressure that builds up will blow the pump OR spray and suck at the same time.

Have only used it twice now and the sprayer is leaking non stop so hopefully I can get that tight other than that it works great.

Vacuum hose on non-heated spotter has solution line ran thru vacuum hose.
Because of this the vacuum hose has hole with hose sticking out of it and not sealed so it looses vacuum and whistles. New hose with no holes and solution line on outside made it a great product.

This machine is very good in my detailing world great suction power exceeded my expectations

I use this to clean in the home (carpets, rugs and furniture) and I also use it to clean vehicle interiors. It works perfectly. It has enough suction power to make extraction easy. The machine is well built and all the parts are solid. The setup is quick and easy. So far it has been great.

Used for detailing, easy to use, handle makes it convenient to maneuver. Prefer something that requires less maintenance and offers quicker delivery with better tracking information.

We have done two jobs with it now and it has not dissapointed. Very easy to use, clean and set up.

I just got this for my mobile detailing business and this is an amazing product it’s the perfect size 3 gallon capacity but still compact very happy with my purchase

Its nice.. hope it lasts a long time because I can do the same thing with pump sprayer and wet?dry vacuum. Having both those working together at the same time with one machine is useful but I could save $350 to $400 without the machine.

The reason is that I did not like this item at all and all I want to do is return it. I want to buy their heated one and THEY STILL WANT TO TAKE HALF OF MY MONEY for a restocking fee! Just save your self some time an go with another company. The customer service is also really rude I just ask a question and all they say is go online go online I just want a straight forward answer! I was hoping to just return this item and buy the next one up the chain but after this I will not!

have used this extractor for a year now and it will suck a golfball through a hose at 50yards lol but seriously its a powerful machine. Today the hose split where it slides into handle (perhaps cold making it brittle idk)

This is listed as a spot cleaning machine for carpet but as someone in the industry that has used the machines this is copied from I am going to have to say the vacuum is weaker than the norm, the nozzles are cheap plastic instead of standard brass fittings, and the pump for your water spray is much much weaker than should be acceptable for use on carpet.

Having the solution hose go through the vacuum line seems like a good idea on paper but in operation it will create problems, creates failure points in the vacuum line and will make replacing it problematic when it goes out, as it surely will under any kind of continous use due to the low grade of solution line.

My advice is this, if your going to use it at home and for personal use it will be fine. But if your planning on using this for work please save yourself the headache and pay an extra hundred bucks for a quality machine.

The machine works great, needs to have a better seal where pump hose goes through the tank.

Works as well as the last one we had that cost three times as much as the CleanFreak.

If your a detailer the most important thing is suction power the reason I knew that it had great suction in my own opinion was because after I actually did my own carpet which was dirty and looks great now. I asked myself how do I know how great the suction power is. so everyone in the detailing business knows about the Ridgid wet and dry vac with a 5.0 motor. I had an idea to suck up more water after I finished with my clean freak and guess what???? There wasn't a drop of water in my Ridgid wet and dry vac. I also loved being able to see the dirt that flowed thru my wand. Thank clean freak heart job.

The tank will not stay on or line up even to lock. Its annoying when you trying to move the machine. Once you get it locked it works great. But i be done wasted 20 minutes trying to lock it.

My son and I detail cars for family and friends. We went through three Bis—el carpet cleaners. They worked ok, but they couldn’t stand up to the use. This new one from Clean Freak is amazing. The pulling power compared to the other ones we used is phenomenal. It it a high quality machine. We will see how it does over time, but so far it is great. I wished I spent a little more in the beginning and got this instead of going three other inferior carpet cleaners.

I use this machine for car detailing and it makes my job much easier.
